In this Customizing activity, you can define, on the basis of your user name, whether the Orchestration Framework (OF) is called in the online mode, QRFC, or in the background mode.

Load Data Capture is integrated with the Orchestration Framework (OF) to create follow on documents. Based on the data on the LDC screen, the OF determines the applicable scenario and calls the stack of services configured for that scenario to create follow-on documents.The document creation framework can work either in the online mode, QRFC mode, or background mode. We recommend that you use the online mode, so that you can see immediate feedback - based on LDC event status - on the LDC screen.

To make this setting, complete the following steps:

  1. Enter a user name in the User Namecolumn..
  2. In the Call Modecolumn, select from the following options:
  • Online

  • Queue

  • Background

  1. Save your entries.
