/ACCGO/V_RPROFA - Assign Restrictions to the Restriction Profile

You use this Customizing activity to assign restrictions to the restriction profile. This Customizing activity comes with the following settings:

• If restriction profile is specified and if it is active, then the restrictions applicable for a change in that field will be determined from the restriction profile.

• If the restriction profile is specified and if it is empty (without any restrictions), then this implies that for that field no restrictions ought to be enforced.

• If restriction profile is specified and if it is NOT active or if the restriction profile is NOT specified at all, then the restrictions will be determined from the Customizing under: Agricultural ContractManagement -> Basic Settings -> Contract Amendments ->Activate Restrictions.

Ensure that a restriction profile and a restriction are already created.

SAP has created a delivered a few restriction profiles as a BC set. The Customizing in the BC set act as a recommendation from SAP Agricultural Contract Management about which restriction profiles to use and acts as a good starting point for you.

Note: These restriction profiles provided by SAP ACM are delivered as inactive. You have the flexibility to either activate these restriction profiles or to create your own.
