/AFS/MDC_SEL_SCREENS - BAdI: Selection Screen Implementation Logic

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the AFS mass document change (MDC) transaction. You need this BAdI if custom fields are required in the MDC selection screen. You can use this BAdI to add the custom fields in the selection screen to any level (header/item/schedule line) in MDC.

• You have entered all the custom fields needed in the MDC selection screen in the table /AFS/MDC_SELCF.

• The custom fields must not be of type Currency, Volume and Quantity.

o The BAdI is not for multiple uses.

o The BAdI is not filter-dependent.

Note

An include /AFS/MDC_CUSTOM_FIELDS_F4HELP is provided in the MDC application where you can write own logic for giving F4 help for the custom fields.

All the appropriate methods has to implemented carefully , otherwise this can lead to severe performance issue during the execution of the MDC Application.
