In this menu option you enter which group of change reason codes the system should find out of a certain constellation of
- Plant
- Sales organization
- Module
- Catalog
- and sales document type
corresponding to
- a certain Selection quantity
- a certain Code group
- and (optionally) a specific Code.
The user can only note the change in the sales document by entering a change reason code that you have defined within a certain catalog and a certain code group.
The Standard AFS System contains a selection quantity SALESSET and a code group SALEST where you can make your entries.
- If necessary, you can define your own settings in the Quality management- Customizing of the R/3 Standard.
