/BA1/V_TF4_SCTYP - Edit Spread Curve Types

In this Customizing activity, you define spread curve types.

A spread curve type shows spread curves of the same type but with different currencies. To show a spread curve in a specific currency, you assign a currency to the spread curve type in the application.

In this activity, you assign two yield curves to the spread curve type in order to determine the spread. The yield curve to be added is added to the spread. The yield curve to be subtracted is subtracted from the spread.

1. Select a market data area, and continue.
2. If you have already created spread curve types, an overview of these will appear. If you want to define a new spread curve type, choose New Entries.
3. Enter a key for the new spread curve type.
   Note: Make sure that the key of the spread curve type is different to the keys of the yield curve types.
4. Select a yield curve type to be added, and a yield curve type to be subtracted.
5. Enter a name for the new spread curve type.
6. Save your entries.
