Here you can make assignments from the fields of the order header, respectively order items to the fields in the material movement header, respectively material movement items. The system copies the contents of the fields you indicated from the order into the material documents when the settlement is made.

This makes it possible to track the material document back to the SD documents from which they were generated. The material documents generated out of the SD documents can be accessed through the SD document flow.

The following fields of the material movement items need not be defined here because the contents of these fields are set to the values entered in the order at runtime:

LFBNR = order document number

LFPOS = item number of the order document

MATNR = material of the order document

ERFMG = stock quantity from the sales returns analysis for full goods, respectively analyzed quantity for empties

ERFME = unit of measure relating to the stock quantity for full goods, respectively analyzed quantity for empties

WERKS = plant from the goods movement resulting from the order entered for the sales returns

LGORT = storage location from the goods movement resulting from the order entered for the sales returns

CHARG = batch number from the goods movement resulting from the order entered for the sales returns

UMWRK = target plant from the sales returns analysis

UMLGO = target storage location from the sales returns analysis

Mapping other field contents from the order in these fields of the material documents according to the field assignment in this Customizing is ignored.
