/BEV3/CHAUTHGRP - Authorization group

In this IMG activity you set up authorization groups. The authorization group is an attribute of contract handling. The system uses the authorization group to organize the authorization check. You can combine multiple profiles with the same task area or information requirements in one authorization group.

Enter an alphanumeric key of up to ten characters for each new authorization group. Enter a name for the authorization group.

You can assign the authorization group contract administrator the authorization to maintain master data in contract handling, for example.
