/BEV3/CHPT - Maintenance of posting texts

In this IMG activity you define additional item text specifications for posting texts. You can take special posting texts for specific dates into account within a company code. You can enter an additional item text specification that is selected if there is a posting text for the agreement item text. You must enter a link to an agreement item text in the date. The system copies the text from the agreeement item text to the settlement tables when this date is settled. This means that the item text can be used in an item text specification.

For all dates, create item text assignments for which you want to use alternative item texts. Note that the existence of a posting key has a higher priority than the existence of a text from an agreement item text.

You can, for example, take a cash reference number in the item text into account. You do this by selecting the field with the agreement item text.
