In this IMG activity you define function modules to control the communication in the contract statement. You use communication control data to select the communication data you require to print the contract statement messages.

The standard delivery contains the function module /BEV3/CHVVA_KOMSTR (Contract Statement Control Communication).

Use the standard function module or define your own. If you use your own function module, it must use the communication control for the contract statement.

You can use all information from the following structures to determine communication parameters:

  • /BEV3/CHDVWD0001 Basic data for contract handling document (CHD class)

  • /BEV3/CHWDKORR Correspondence data for contract handling document

  • /BEV3/CHANCHTART Contract statement message types

  • /BEV3/CHANACHVER Correspondence processing
