In this IMG activity you assign appropriate contract handling procedures to contract handling object processes. A contract handling procedure defines either a function or a transaction (maintenance, settlement, date and delete function). You can assign several contract handling procedures to a contract handling object process.

The standard system contains table entries for the contract handling procedures.

Use the standard table entries for contract handling procedures.

You can, for example, assign the following contract handling procedures to the contract handling object process Contract settlement:

  • Payment requested

  • Payment made

  • Security deposit rate made

  • Security deposit rate cancellation requested

  • Calculate interest for security deposit rate
