In this IMG activity you decide when to allow the reinstatement of a consumed entitlement, an expired entitlement or of an entitlement that has been reserved for expiration), based on the process code under which the entitlement received its current status. You can distinguish between processes attempting to reinstate from within the user interface and those originating within a system transaction.

Select the Reinst. indicator to indicate whether entitlements that were closed due to the specified process code can be reinstated for a transaction initiated from the Entitlement UI.

Select the Sys. reint. indicator to indicate whether entitlements that were closed due to the specified process code can be reinstated for a system transaction such as a complaint request for a reservation.
