With this IMG activity you can map entitlement related events to business workflow events. You can for example use this to receive a notification about entitlements that are expiring, as and when they are triggered in entitlement monitor.
To execute the entitlement monitor use transaction /CEM/ENT_MNTR.
The following deposit entitlement events are mapped to worklow events by default:
- EM_ACTNF,,,,Activation of Notification via Entitlement Monitor,,
,,,,,,,,Use this to activate the notification function. It is mapped to workflow event ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,EXPIRY_UPDATE and used for example, in workflow standard task 59007935,,,,,,,,,,,,CEMEXPALERT (Transaction PFTC)
- EM_ACTV,,,,Activation of Entitlements via Entitlement Monitor

- EM_EXPNF,,,,Activation of Expiration Notification via Entitlement Monitor
