You use the /CPD/R_ALERT_DATA_EMAIL program to trigger alerts for users specified by you on the Trigger Alertsscreen. Note that the system triggers alerts based on the master projects categorized as My Projects for each selected user.

Depending on the selection of users, the recommended frequency for running this program is Daily or Weekly.
