/CPD/VPWS_BILLC - Define Cost Element for Billing Event Types

You use this Customizing activity to define the cost elements of the following billing events:
- Fixed price
- Billing as planned
The cost elements exist in the Controlling area.
If these settings are not defined, the system takes the following default dummy values:
- Fixed price: 9000000001
- Billing as planned: 9000000002
