In this Customizing activity, you maintain a list of factory calendars, which are used to specify the billing frequency in the Accounting section of the deal details.
Factory calendars need to be configured before you apply this procedure.
For the Billing Frequency field to be enabled, the Transaction Type must be Sale and the Product Type must have the Enable Billing Frequency feature. For more information, see Define Product Types.
- Choose New Entries.
- Enter the following values:

| Calendar ID | Select one of the predefined factory calendars. |
| Text | Text is filled-in automatically and can be edited. |
- Save your entries.
