This profile contains exception settings. During the FRP run, several exceptions can be raised. You can define the exact conditions (such as the limits of a single case) under which exceptions are raised. The profile is assigned at the location product level.

  • DIF Exception
This subprofile contains settings for DIF exceptions
  • Consumption
The subprofile describes thresholds for consumption exceptions. It includes exceptions involving the actual consumption for the current week and exceptions for consumption peak and trough.
  • Exceptions for start and end of a listing period
You can specify how many demand periods in advance the system will issue an exception that notifies the user about changes in the listing status for a location product

You must define one profile as the default profile. The system uses this profile if no other profile is maintained in the master data.

SAP provides ongoing settings so that, if necessary, you can make Customizing settings in the productive system.

Note

You must make sure that you update the productive client so that the settings from the Customizing client do not overwrite the settings in the productive client.
