This BAdI allows you to implement an alternative check to determine whether initial buy allocation has been performed for those location products that have been passed to the method. This check is executed during the FRP run for those location products for which the initial buy allocation is not performed during automatic replenishment in SAP Forecasting and Replenishment (F&R).

Location products can have an indicator set in the master data to specify that initial buy allocation is not performed during automatic replenishment in SAP F&R, but is performed, for example, using a push process in the purchasing system or through the manual creation of order proposals in the SAP F&R Replenishment Workbench.

For these location products, the SAP standard check determines whether an order proposal item exists with a delivery date in the current listing period. If no order proposal exists, the FRP process suspends automatic replenishment for the current planning date. The system performs an automatic requirements calculation only when order proposals exist in SAP F&R whose order quantities can be considered by automatic replenishment as goods receipts (past or future).

You can implement this BAdI as an alternative check to the SAP standard check as described above.
