In this Customizing activity you define the release procedure. The release procedure is used within RBD-ipx to post planned records, override impairment categories manually, or release changes made to import data.
Define the release procedure. Assign a two-character ID for this in the first column. You can define a descriptive text in the second column.
- This example describes a dual control principle for manual changes, in which the release must be authorized by two different users.
- This example describes a dual control principle, in which the release must be authorized by two different users. Unlike the example above, the first release step is set by a technical user.
