Use this BAdI to check the consistency of measurement documents.

SAP provides a default implementation (/ISDFPS/MD_DEFAULT) which performs the most important check on the distribution of measurement documents.

This BAdI allows multiple active implementations.

Default implementation /ISDFPS/MD_DEFAULT performs the following checks:

  • assigned measurement point must exist
  • date of measurement must be valid
  • time of measurement must be valid

The checks are performed for the measurement document data as well as for terminated measurement reading transfers which are part of the measurement documents distribution.

In case you want to use the default implementation, no activities are required.

If there should be requirements for more or less restrictive checks, use a separate implementation. If you do not want to perform any consistency check at all, deactivate the default implementation.
