APOC_C_FORMV - Assign Form Templates
TXBHW - Original Tax Base Amount in Local Currency BAL Application Log DocumentationThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
With this activity, you can ensure that business applications use the correct predelivered and custom form templates.
You can check which standard form templates are assigned to specific application objects and output types. Once you’ve created custom form templates, you can add new records and assign the templates to specific application objects and output types.
When end users want to output a document, they can choose from the selection of form templates that you have assigned to the respective application object and output type.
If this table doesn’t contain any entries, you cannot control whether the business form templates are correctly used in the business applications.
The settings depend on both the technology that is used to implement the form and on the application object.
By default, output forms that use a gateway interface (Form type = 1) are shipped for each application object.
In addition, application objects may support form technologies such as SAPscript, Smart Forms, and output forms using a DDIC interface.
If you want to assign an output form that uses a gateway interface to an output type, it is sufficient to maintain form type and form name.
If you want to assign a form template that uses another technology, you may need to enter a program name and a routine name.
Example
Application Object Type | Output Type | Form Type | Form Name |
---|---|---|---|
BILLING_DOCUMENT | BILLING_DOCUMENT | 1 | SDBIL_CI_STANDARD_DE |
If you want end users to be able to use legacy forms, you need to add the relevant records using form types 2, 3, and 4.
