SAP E-Book

You use the Business Add-In (BAdI) /SAPAPO/MSG_TYP_1 (operative delivery schedule) to control, for example, that an IDoc for a sold-to party, which you have defined as a test run in the Customizing for the SAP APO, is still processed in the APO system. (Supply Chain Planning -> Delivery Schedule Processing for SD Scheduling Agreement -> Set Up IDoc Processing for Scheduling Agreement Releases)

This BAdI is active in the APO system, so that processing is canceled for an IDoc from a sold-to party for which the test run indicator has been set.
You can also use the BAdI to control that an IDoc is processed even when the specified sold-to party is designated for the test run. When the IDoc has been processed, the system indicates in the status record that the test run indicator was set.

Example
A new sold-to party is not allowed to send IDocs before a certain date, and so you have set the test run indicator for this sold-to party. You can use this BAdI to control that these IDocs are to be processed in the APO system nonetheless.

This BAdI belongs to the APO-PPS-CDS application component.

This BAdi is called up from the function module /SAPAPO/CMDS_IDOC_INPUT_DSTART within the form routine SELECT_OBLIGEE.
In this form routine, the system determines the sold-to party and evaluates the table /SAPAPO/T663A.
This table contains the following data for a sold-to party: unloading point, a delivery note prefix, as well as data for a test run for the forecast/planning delivery schedule or the delivery-relevant delivery schedule.

Note
In the R/3 System Idoc processing would be canceled if the Test Run indicator were set for the corresponding sold-to party.
This BAdI enables you to control IDoc processing in the same way as in R/3.

There is a default implementation class for this BAdI, which is implemented in such a way that IDoc processing is canceled when the test run indicator is set for the specified sold-to party.

Requirements

This BAdI is active by default.

Activities
