APO_PPS_ACTTYP - Maintain Activity Types

This Customizing activity enables you to define the activity categories you want to use in the creation and maintenance of production process models. You also specify what can and cannot be maintained in relation to these activities.

1. Select New Entries.
2. Enter an activity category identifier which is the ID used to specify the activity category in the PPM maintenance screens.
3. Enter a description of the activity category.
4. Select the Logical component option if you want to maintain logical components for this activity in the PPM.
5. Select the Component option if there are no physical or logical components associated with this activity in the PPM.
6. Select the Scrap option if you want to maintain scrap percentages for this activity in the PPM.
7. Select the Resources option if you want to maintain reosurces for this activity in the PPM.
