This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) component. You can use this BAdI to change the texts for resources in the Resource View: Periodic chart to a more meaningful form.

This BAdI contains the interface /SAPAPO/IF_EX_PPT_RESTEXT.

You have executed the Resource View: Periodic chart in the product planning table (PPT).

The BAdI is:

  • Not active in the standard system
  • Not filter-dependent
  • Intended for multiple use. The BAdI can be used more than once, so all active implementations are called and run.

To activate the BAdI, you must create an active implementation in Customizing. Choose Advanced Planning and Optimization -> Supply Chain Planning -> Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) -> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) for PP/DS -> Business Add-Ins for the Product Planning Table.
