Use this user exit to create user exit macros. The prodcedure is described in detail in SAP Note 418801. This note also contains a coding example.

Note that when programming the user function if you wish to use more than one user exit macros in your system, you can use the following parameters to identify the macro and consequently to branch to diifferent parts of the coding:

  • Macro name (text)
  • Layout ID
  • View ID

You can find the latter two parameters in the technical information for the macro (double-click on the macro name in the processing area of the macro builder) or in the book information for the macro book (from the menu choose Edit-> Book Information).
