APO_SNP_RULECUST - Make Settings for Rules-Based Planning

In this IMG activity you choose the determination for a rule strategy when using CTM rules based planning. Choose a valid combination of activation parameters from the existing set for assigning rule strategy.

You must give values for:

• technical scenario

• business transaction

• action type

You can select different activation parameters for forecast orders and sales orders separately. This allows you to use different sets of order dependent constraints for forecast and sales orders.

Maintain activation parameters in the IMG activity: Assign rule strategy in Customizing for Global ATP.

Choose a valid combination of activation parameters and save.

You MUST enter rule strategy parameters for BOTH forecast and sales orders.

In the CTM planning profile you can define whether or not order dependent constraints should be used.
