In this IMG activity, you define which delivery status in the inbound delivery monitor relates to a specific service loss reason in the service loss category Inbound Delivery Time Exceeded.

During a service loss analysis, the system checks whether the processing steps that finish with the corresponding delivery status were reached in the defined standard time. If the processing steps were not reached in the defined standard time, the system assigns the service loss reason that corresponds to the delivery status to the affected sales order schedule line.

Assign a delivery status to every service loss reason from the service category Inbound Delivery Time Exceeded. Proceed as follows:

  1. Enter the key of the service loss reason.
  2. Assign a delivery status key to the service loss reason.
Service Loss Reason Status in Inbound Delivery Monitor
INRS (Start of Processing until In Transit or Push Deployment status is reached) SHP (In Transit)
INIY (In transit until In Yard status is reached) YRD (In Yard)
INRV (Received on dockuntil Processed status is reached) ROD (Received on Dock)
INPR (In yarduntil Received on Dock status is reached) PRC (Processed)
