APPL_LOG_MDR_DRF_APP - Define Replication Models

You have to use this Customizing activity to specify the replication model. The replication model defines what data you want to replicate to the external system.

Proceed as follows:

1. Choose New Entries.
2. Specify a name and a description for the replication model, and choose Enter.
3. Select the replication model and assign the following outbound implementations:
1. LMDR_PORG for the purchasing organization
2. LMDR_PLANT for the plant
3. LMDR_AACAT for the account assignment category
4. LMDR_PGRP for the purchasing group
5. LMDR_PLPRG for the assignment of plant to purchasing organization
4. Assign a target system for each of the outbound implementations. To do so, specify the name of the business system that you have defined in the previous Customizing activity as the target system, and choose Enter.
5. By default, the outbound data is transferred in all languages in which it is available in the SAP S/4HANA system. If you want to transfer the data only in specific languages, select the replication model you have created and assign the required languages. This is relevant for account assignment categories, for example.
6. Save your data, go back to the initial Customizing view, and activate the replication model.
