ARC_CRM_VALSH_WRITE - BAdI: Writing of Add-On-Specific Data to Archive

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Validation Sheet (CRM-CLA-VWS) component.

You can use this BAdI to write add-on-specific data records to the archiving object. An example of add-on-specific data records includes causal factors from additional tables that do not belong to the validation sheet object, but are subsequently linked to it by the customer.

Note: You can acquire read access to this add-on-specific data by using the READ_EH method in BAdI BAdI: Generic Data Access Layer (Enhancement Spot CRM_CLA_VS_GENDAL) to implement this read access to the CRM_VALSH archiving object.

The BAdI contains the method WRITE.

This method is called within the CRM_ARC_VALSH_WRITE write program for each validation sheet between the ARCHIVE_NEW_OBJECT and ARCHIVE_SAVE_OBJECT call functions.

The BAdI implementation must use the ARCHIVE_PUT_RECORD or ARCHIVE_PUT_TABLE function modules to write all the data pertaining to the business object to the archive that was passed in the importing parameters.
