Functionality

The customer exit HR_PBS_00_AT_BN_EXIT in the contribution statement ELDA is used in the same way as the customer exit in the calculation of social insurance (EXIT_RPCV00A2_VAR) in the Austrian public sector. The objective of this exit is to establish whether the unemployment insurance was calculated using the normal contribution rates, or the contribution rates with bonus 1 or bonus 2. Thus, a return parameter (P_BONUS) is set to either initial (unemployment insurance without bonus) or 1, 2 (unemployment insurance with bonus 1, bonus 2) in the exit. Consequently, for the personnel case processed, the unemployment insurance contributions are assigned to the BVA contribution types - unemployment insurance, unemployment insurance with bonus 1, or unemployment insurance with bonus 2 - in the ELDA file.

The following information is transferred to the customer exit:

Personnel number (P_PERNR)

HCM localization (P_MOLGA)

End date of the current SI split (P_SV_ENDDA)

Current entry of SV_BI (P_SV_BI) for the current SI split

The following parameter can be changed in the customer exit:

Bonus indicator (P_Bonus).

Exceptions can be triggered, which are then displayed in the monthly contribution statement ELDA.

The sample coding displays how the customer exit is to be implemented if the different percentages are maintained by means of different contribution groups in the SI calculation. In this case, the properties of the contribution group must be maintained for the contribution group in view V_5A1D_B, to cumulate the existing contribution group in unemployment insurance with bonus 1 or bonus 2. Property category 20 is used for this.
