In this step you check whether the existing SAP cumulation wage types meet your requirements. Cumulation wage types are symbolic names for wage types that are grouped. The forms use text elements that are derived from these cumulation wage types. For the contribution statement ELDA, only the cumulation wage types that have the notation LB (basis), LN (employee), LG (employee) + e.g. HI (health insurance)are used. This results in the following contribution type for active public sector employees: From feature AVKBN, the association 01- active public sector employees is determined for the personnel case processed. The health insurance data is then imported using the cumulation wage types LBKV, LNKV, and LGKV. The compiled information then results in the determined contributions for the contribution type KB - health insurance for active public sector employeesneeding to be assigned.

Generic example of assignment of cumulation wage types to wage types:

You need a text element in which all employer contributions for the regular payments to unemployment insurance, health insurance, and pension insurance are combined. You can use the cumulation wage type DGA2 for this text element, which is composed as follows:
