In this section, you can enter general settings for taking into account the date and public holidays.

If a run date or due date is updated for periodic tasks, it may fall on a Sunday or public holiday. You use this section to specify whether this date is to be shifted to the day before or the day after, or whether it is to remain the same.

You can enter this setting for each bank area and feature.

A standing order is always executed on the 15th of each month. If the 15th falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, you can decide whether the standard order is to be executed on one working day before or after this date. If, for example, you select 3, and the run date was on a Sunday, the standing order is posted on the previous Friday.

Enter the required data.

  • Entries for the account balancing currently do not have any effect since the balancing date is fixed.
  • If you leave the bank area field blank, the entry applies to all bank areas.
