BADI_020 - Business Add-In for Generating XML for Service Contracts

The Business Add-In IO_SCONTRACT is used for individually adjusting the display of service contract data in the service process.

If a service contract item is assigned to a service process item , then the data for the service contract item is displayed in the detailed data of the service process item, as a HTML page on a tab page.

The data to be displayed is first formatted in an internal XML document. This document is then transformed into a HTML page, which is then displayed on the tab page. This technique corresponds to the general procedure for fact sheets.

The Business Add-In provides numerous possibilities for formatting the contract data and controlling how it is displayed on the HTML page. This can be done at various levels:

• Page layout: you can use style sheets to control the layout of the page.

• Data level: you can specify which header and item data of the service contract should be prepared for the XML document.

• Page level: you can also freely define the contents of the entire HTML page.

The Business Add-In is delivered in the active state, with an SAP standard implementation.
