This BAdI is used in the Financial Accounting (FI) component. You can use this BAdI to include additional FI document data in the data aging process, that is, to move to the cold database area FI document data that would not be stored according to the standard data aging process.

The BAdI uses the method UPDATE_FOR_AGING to collect additional document-specific data from different tables in Financial Accounting and to write it to a data container.

The method uses the following importing parameters:

  • IT_KEYS
This parameter includes the keys of all FI documents for which you want to store additional data. The document keys include information about the client, company code, document number, and fiscal year of each FI document.
  • IR_CONTAINER
This parameter includes the data container to which the additional data is written.

The following BAdI implementations are activated in the standard system:

  • AG_FAGL_R_ARCH_FIDOC_UPDATE
This BAdI implementation collects FI document data from the database table FDM_DCOBJ.
  • AG_FDM_ARCH_FIDOC_UPDATE
This BAdI implementation collects FI document data from the database tables FAGL_R_SPL and FAGL_R_SPL_VAL.

The following BAdI implementation is not activated in the standard system:

  • AG_FI_WT_EXCL_ARC_DOC_UPDT
This BAdI implementation collects data from the database table WITH_ITEM_EXCL.
