This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Tax Management Framework for Brazil - CIAP (FIN-TMF-BR-CIAP) component. You can use this BAdI to select the CIAP records that you want to transfer to another plant using the stock transport order (STO) process.

This BAdI is called when the outgoing nota fiscal is posted. At this point, you select the components that you want to transfer to the receiving plant.

If you do not implement this BAdI, the stock transport process does not make any changes to CIAP records.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

You can find an example implementation in the BAdI Builder on the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the Implementation Classes section.

The following example implementation is available:

  • BADI_EX_CIAP_STO_REC_SEL
For this example implementation, the selection parameters are the following:
  • IS_NFHEADER: Header of the outgoing STO nota fiscal

  • IS_NFITEM: Item line of the outgoing STO nota fiscal (this BAdI is called once per item)

This selection returns CIAP records based on the following:
  • The company code of the record is the same of the STO nota fiscal

  • The business place of the record is the same of the original plant

  • The material of the record is the same of the STO nota fiscal

  • Records with statuses IM, IA, and SU

  • Record that have already been retired are not returned

  • Records set as In Transit are not returned

  • Records that have been manually suspended are not returned

  • Records with account assignment category set to A (asset) are not returned

  • The CIAP version of the record is the most updated CIAP version

  • Records are ordered following the last in, first out criterion; the records that were last created are selected first
