This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Financial Accounting (FI) component.

You can use this BAdI to perform corrections to existing VAT postings of all goods receipts with a posting date of April 01, 2014 or later.

This BAdI is called after you have selected the Correction for VAT+ checkbox in the Creating Acquisition Tax Acccruals (RFIDEUVP) report or the Correction for VAT- checkbox in the Reversing Acquisition Tax Accruals (RFIDEUVR) report but before the acquisition tax accrual or the reversal document for the acquisition tax accrual is generated.

This BAdI contains the following methods:

  • GET_TAX_CODE
This method fetches the correction tax code that you define in Map Purchasing Tax Codes and Correction Tax Codes.
  • RETURN_COR_P
This method checks whether an invoice for a goods receipt is received within 3 months of the VAT due date and returns a value using changing parameter E_CORR that indicates whether corrections to VAT+ posting is required or not.
  • RETURN_COR_R
This method checks whether corrections to VAT+ posting is done and returns a value using changing parameter E_CORR that indicates whether corrections to VAT- posting is required or not.

You have mapped tax codes and correction tax codes in the Map Purchasing Tax Codes and Correction Tax Codes Customizing activity.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

For information about the implementation of BAdIs in the context of the Enhancement Concept, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver under BAdIs - Embedding in the Enhancement Framework.
