BADI_CPE_DATE_SUBST - BAdI: CPE Formula Evaluation Date Substitution Routine

This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Commodity Pricing Engine (CA-GTF-CPE) component. You can use this BAdI to define a customer-specific logic (date substitution routine) according to which the system is to proceed if it cannot read any market data for commodities or currencies for a timestamp of the date list.

This BAdI is called during the CPE formula evaluation process.

You have defined the required routines and corresponding descriptions for the commodity pricing engine (CPE) in the Customizing activity Define CPE Routine for the submodule 25, Date Substitution Routine.

You have specified the valid closed market days routine and the missing entry routine in the Customizing activity Define Period Determination Rule.

You have created and activated an implementation of the BAdIs that are relevant for all the parts of CPE Formula Evaluation for which you want to create your own logic. Most importantly, you have used BAdI BADI_CPE_FE_DATE_LIST_ROUTINE to create a list of timestamps for which the BAdI BADI_CPE_FE_SOURCE_ROUTINE reads the appropriate market data.
