This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the component Global Trade Services (GTS) in the area of Intrastat.
You can use this BAdI to control the selection of data for creating Intrastat declarations.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

The following method is available: AFTER_SELECTION

Import Parameters

  • Country in which the declaration is created (IV_COUNTRY)
  • Goods direction (IV_DIRECTION)
  • '1' - Receipt

  • '2' - Dispatch

  • Year for which the declaration is created (IV_REPORTING_YEAR)
  • Month for which the declaration is created (IV_REPORTING_MONTH)
  • Currency in which declaration is to be created (IV_REPORTING_CURRENCY)
  • Goods direction 'Receipt' (IV_DIRECTION = '1')
  • Document header structure in Materials Management purchase order (IS_MM_PURCH_ORDER_HEADER)

  • Document item structure in Materials Management purchase order (IS_MM_PURCH_ORDER_LINE_ITEM)

  • Goods direction 'Dispatch' (IV_DIRECTION = '2')
  • Document header structure in Sales and Distribution billing document (IS_SD_INVOICE_HEADER)

  • Document item structure in Sales and Distribution billing document (IS_SD_INVOICE_LINE_ITEM)

Export Parameters

  • The indicator (EV_EXCLUDE_FROM_SELECTION) controls whether the data record being processed is to be used for the Intrastat declaration:
  • ' ' Data record is included into the data set.

  • 'X' Data record is excluded from the selection; that is, it is not reported.

Change Parameters

  • CS_RECORD_INTRASTAT
