This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Financial Accounting(FI) component.

You can use this BAdI to include the real estate information in the XML you send to the tax agency in the Canary Islands using the Immediate Supply of Information System (SII).

In the case you are renting business properties, you must submit information about the reference and location of these properties. You use this BAdI to include this information in the XML file that you send to the tax authority.

You must implement this BAdI in case of the following cases:

  • You do not use the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component
  • You use the tax regime "11"

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enh. Spot Element Definitionstab in the BAdI Builder(transaction SE18).

Make sure that you provide the following data in the output of your implementation:

  • Building location: You have to indicate one of the following values (domain SII Location of the Property(FIESSII_RE_LOCATION)):
  • 1: Real estate has a cadastral reference in the Canary Islands

  • 2: Real estate without cadastral reference and located in the Canary Islands

  • 3: Real estate with cadastral reference and located in the rest of the Spanish territory

  • 4: Real estate without cadastral reference and located in the rest of the Spanish territory

  • 5: Real estate located abroad

  • Reference: The cadastral number of your location.
