This Business-Add-In (BAdI) allows you to generate your desired internal order number in the Central Finance system for the orders from source systems in N:1 scenario.

This internal order will be created the first time when a matching source order is replicated to Central Finance. Once it is created, afterwards, other matching source orders will be assigned to this internal order.

This BAdI includes the following BAdI method:

  • GENERATE_ORDER_NUMBER

Import parameters:

  • IS_MAPPED_AUFK: AUFK data of this source order

  • IS_MAPPED_AFKO: AFKO data of this source order

  • IS_MAPPED_AFPO: AFPO data of this source order

  • IS_MAPPED_CKMLMV013: CKMLMV013 data of this source order

  • IS_MAPPED_AFIH: AFIH data of this source order

Export parameter:

  • EV_CENTRAL_ORDER_NUMBER: Your customized central internal order number

By implementing this BAdI method, you can generate an internal order in the Central Finance system with your desired number. Please be noted if the number is initial, the original logic will be applied, and the enhancement will be ignored.

  • You replicate your source orders to the Central Finance system as internal order in N:1 cardinality.
  • You have selected AUFNR as a central characteristic in your scenario as 'Derive From Source'.
  • The order type of your internal order in the Central Finance system is external numbering allowed.
