The Business Add-In (BAdI) BADI_O2C_CUST_ETI_MODEL is used in the model class CL_O2C_CUST_COCKPIT_ETI_MODEL. This class is mainly used for the data retrieval for the Web Dynpro component O2C_CUST_COCKPIT_ETI_COMP.

The BAdI allows you to:

  • Preset the customer's default sales area in the Customer Cockpit application
  • Set the maximum number of entries displayed in the Customer Found List pop-up screen if a large number of customers is found.

The BAdI is called in the methods of the model class CL_O2C_CUST_COCKPIT_ETI_MODEL:

  • GET_CUSTOMER_DEFAULT_SALESAREA
  • CONSTRUCTOR

This BAdI comprises the following methods:

There is a default BAdI implementation activated in the system. This implementation uses the current user-defined sales area in the user profile parameters ID (VKO, VTW and SPA.) as the customer default sales area. The customer must be assigned to the user PID defined sales area .

The BAdI is not intended for multiple use.

The BAdI is not filter-dependent.

BAdI implementation name: BADI_IM_CUST_COCKPIT_ETI_MODEL
