BADI_RDP_CONSUMPDATE - BAdI: Specify Date for RDP Consumption from Call Off
ABAP Short Reference ROGBILLS - Synchronize billing plansThis documentation is copyright by SAP AG.
This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used, when the system selects an RDP item of a contract, when a call-off is created, changed and deleted.
By default, the delivery date is used to determine the RDP item from which the call-off consumes. You can use this BAdI to use a substitution date instead:
-
Remark 1:
The substitution date must be in the range of the Validity Start Date and the Validity End Date of the contract. If the substitution date is outside of this range, the call-off will not consume the RDP.
-
Remark 2:
You should store the substitution date in a data base with reference to the call-off item, to support the following use case: If the call-off is changed or deleted, the BAdI interface parameter field CV_OLD_CNSMPN_DATE must be filled with the old substitution date. This removes the old consumption from the RDP item valid for the old substitution date.
-
Remark 3:
Your risk distribution strategy interface method IF_LOGTRM_RISK_DISTR_STRAT~CALCULATE_NEW_DISTRIBUTION shall distribute the ordered quantity with the substitution date. This method is called when a contract is changed. It recalculates the planned commodity risk quantity and the open commodity risk quantity of the RDP.
When creating a sales contract or a purchase contract, an RDP can be created manually, or automatically (Customizing activities Assign RDP Profile to Purchase Contract Type and Assign RDP Profile to Sales Contract Type) .
By default, delivery date is used to determine the RDP item from which the call-off consumes.
For more information about the standard settings (filters, single, or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
