This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component. You can use this BAdI to enable the Annual Operations Report (RFIDESM347) report output to display the relevant address data for each rental object.

The BAdI contains the following BAdI methods:

  • SET_ADDRESS
This method imports and sets the address data in the real estate structure, when you run the Annual Operations Report (RFIDESM347) report.
  • GET_ABBREV
This method imports the 2–character code (the street type abbreviation) from the master data of the rental object.
  • CHECK_ABBREV
This method checks whether the 2-character code is correct in the rental object. When you save the rental object, the system runs a data check that also includes the checking of the 2-character code.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

  • BADI_REXC_ES_MODELO347
The default BAdI implementation checks whether there is a 2-character code as the street type abbreviation entry for the ES country key in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) under Address Management → Regional Structure/City File → Streets → Maintain Street Type. The BAdI implementation also checks whether you have entered the street name starting with the 2–character code in the rental object master data (transaction REBDRO). If both requirements are met, it allows the Annual Operations Report (RFIDESM347) report to display the relevant address data for each rental object on the output screen.

For information about implementing BAdIs as part of the enhancement framework, see SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver Platform on SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com/nw_platform. Choose a release and then Application Help. In SAP Library, choose SAP NetWeaver Library: Function-Oriented View → Application Server → Application Server ABAP → Application Development on AS ABAP → ABAP Customer Development → Enhancement Framework.
