This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX) component. You can use this BAdI to adjust the tax base amount and adjust the IRE master data used in calculations.

This BAdI includes the following methods:

  • IRE_CONDITION_CALC
Allows you to adjust the IRE tax base amount.
  • IRE_REBUILD_ADJUST
Allows you to adjust the IRE details table after rebuild.
  • IRE_BEFORE_REBUILD_ADJUST
Allows you to adjust the IRE details table before rebuild.

For more information about the standard settings (filters, single or multiple uses), see the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).
