This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Purchasing(LO-RFM-PUR) component.

When you start Material Monitor for Follow-On Processing (transaction WRFMATMON), a result list is displayed, containing an entry for every selected article.

When you start Client-Wide Material Discontinuation (transaction WRF_DIS_SEL), a worklist is created, containing an entry for every selected article. This worklist can be displayed in the Discontinuation Monitor immediately after the discontinuation process is carried out. It is also possible to save the worklist and display it afterwards, in the Discontinuation Monitor (transaction WRF_DIS_MON).

In these lists, the season-related fields Season Year, Season, Collection, and Theme can also be displayed. If an article is assigned to several seasons, the system chooses the default season of the related article for display.

If an implementation of this BAdI is used, then the standard logic for determination of season attributes for display is no longer carried out. The complete logic has to be part of the implementation.

For more information about the standard settings (filter, single or multiple use), go to the Enhancement Spot Element Definitions tab in the BAdI Builder (transaction SE18).

Filter:

The filter APPLICATION is defined for this BAdI. By using this filter in your implementation, you can control for which application/transaction the implementation is used:

  • For Material-Monitor for Follow on Processing: APPLICATION = WRFMATMON
  • For Client-Wide Material Discontinuation: APPLICATION = WRF_DIS_SEL

If you want to use the same implementation for several transactions, you have to assign the related filter values, and combine them with an OR condition.
