This Business Add-In (BAdI) is used in the Assortment (LO-MD-RA) component. You use this BAdI to create the assortment list trigger event intermediate document (IDoc) at the end of the outbound process for the high performance retailing (HPR) assortment list. This allows you to obtain the process result, and information concerning the process end.

WBBDLD_TRIGGER is the technical name of the assortment list trigger event IDoc. The system creates the IDoc content for WBBDLD_TRIGGER according to the process data of the HPR assortment list. The IDoc content consists of the contents of the RESULT and PROCESS_INFO tables. The MASTER_IDOC_DISTRIBUTE function module distributes the information.

The BAdI contains the following method:

  • CREATE_TRIGGER_IDOC: This imports the internal tables. The method contains the import parameters IT_RESULT and IS_PROCESS_INFO.

To implement the BAdI, you must do the following:

  • Extend the partner profiles
In Partner Profiles(transaction WE20), extend the assortment list POS outbound process steps in the relevant partner profiles. These profiles are defined under Partner Type LS. For each relevant partner role, specify WBBDLD_TRIGGER as the message type in both the Outbound parameters and Inbound parameters tables. When defining the partner profile, be sure to select the correct receiver port.
  • Define the distribution model
In Display Distribution Model (transaction BD64), enter edit mode add the new message type to new or existing distribution models. Specify the relevant sender and receiver systems, and specify WBBDLD_TRIGGER as the message type.
