Defining individual form classes is best attempted by developers with extensive ABAP experience and is only recommended if a customer developed their own application, for example, or want to replace SAP form classes with their own. Changing standard form classes amounts to a system modification.

Take advantage of user exits in application forms for undertaking changes.

The standard SAP delivery package includes form classes with the corresponding data procurement routines for each business process.

Examples of form classes are:

  • Bill
  • Dunning notice
  • Welcome letter
  • Account statement
