In this IMG activity you can assign the fields and field properties in accordance with your requirements to your own filter attributes.

You must always carry out this IMG activity if you with to use your own filter criteria in conjunction with the filter function on the initial screen and overview screen of the Postprocessing Desktop. When you carry out this IMG activity, the system displays fields and field labels and, if applicable, provides F1 and F4 helps for the respective field.

Provided you have carried out the activities listed below, the system also displays the fields and field labels on the overview screen, and on the Order - Filter Attributes tab page in the order area of the detail screen of the Postprocessing Desktop.

If required, you have defined data elements for the attributes you need and, if desired, created a corresponding F1 and F4 help.

If required, you have defined your own structure in the ABAP Data Dictionary and added your data elements to it.

  1. In this IMG activity, specify the technical name of a structure supplied by SAP or one defined by yourself and one of the structure components contained in it. Assign your own filter attribute.
Note:
Your own filter attributes are numbered. In the dialog boxes for the filter criteria, the amount (FA_AMNT) and currency (FA_CURR) are always displayed uppermost, followed by your six other own filter attributes in their numbered sequence. If you display your own filter attributes on your own tab page in the order area, you can decide yourself in which position each filter attribute is displayed.
  1. To supply the fields for your own filter attributes with values, implement Business Add-In (BAdI) Create Postprocessing Order that you will find in the Customizing for the Postprocessing Office (CA-GTF-TS-PPO) by choosing Business Add-Ins (BAdIs).
  2. If you wish to display the fields and the corresponding values on the Order - Filter Attributes tab page in the order area, you must also carry out the following IMG activity in the Customizing for Account Management: Choose Postprocessing Desktop -> Order Data Define Tab Page Display in the Order Area.
