This setting determines whether the SRM system creates a temporary contact person, when transferring a supplier to the SRM system via OPI, into the Bidding Engine or Live Auction.

In the SRM standard system, the setting to activate the temporary contact person creation is not set.

If the indicator to activate the temporary contact person is

• set

When a new supplier is transferred to SRM via the OPI interface, a temporary contact person will be created automatically in the SRM system.

• not set

When a new supplier is transferred to SRM via the OPI interface, only a business partner is created, but no temporary contact person.
