BBP_CF_TIMES - Define Defaults for Time Recording

In this Customizing activity, you create versions for time recording. You can create multiple versions. However, you can only flag one of them as 'active'. This active version is used as the standard version in SAP SRM Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) if you add a workday or a work week.

Define the following:

  • Version: ,,,,Enter the number of the version.
  • Description:,,Create a description so that you can distinguish between the versions.
  • from/ to:,,,,Define the start and end time.
  • Quantity:,,,,Enter the real working time (without breaks).
  • Unit:,,,,Specify the unit (for example, HRS for hours).
  • Weekdays:,,Specify the number of weekdays which are worked.
  • Active:,,,,,,Select the version that you want to transfer as the standard version.

The active standard version can be overwritten with the BAdI Control Default Values for Time Recording.
