You can use this Business Add-In (BAdI) to override the standard and determine which data from an SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SAP SRM) purchase order in the extended classic scenario is transferred to the linked logistic back-end system. The mapping of texts from an SAP SRM purchase order to an SAP ERP purchase order is based on the respective text IDs for the SAP SRM and SAP ERP purchase orders, for example:

  • SAP SRM header text HTXTis mapped based on the SAP ERP text ID F01
  • SAP SRM header note NOTEis mapped based on the SAP ERP text ID F02
  • SAP SRM header supplier remark REMAis mapped based on the SAP ERP text ID F15

To display the sample code, choose Goto-> Sample Code -> Displayin the BAdI Builder.

  • You are using Enterprise Buyer 4.0 in connection with a back-end system of Release 4.6B or higher.

The BAdI is called after the local purchase order is created or changed and before the purchase oder data is transferred into the back-end system.
